Cluck & Crusts brings its Neapolitan pizzas — made with San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, and a secret "biga" dough recipe — alongside rotisserie chicken on wood-baked focaccia and fresh gourmet salads. It's the work of an award-winning Italian chef with two decades behind the oven, and the motto says it all: "It's the wood that makes it good."
